Rental Rates
Our rates for the 2023/2024 through to 1 September 2024 are as detailed in the table below.
Stays on or between the following dates are charged at our peak season rate:
- 20th October 2023 - 29th October 2023
- 22nd December 2023 - 5th January 2024
- 16th February 2024 - 24th February 2024
- 29th March 2024 - 14th April 2024
- 24th May 2024 - 4th June 2024
- 19th July 2024 - 1st September 2024
Otherwise the low season rate applies for all other dates up to and including 18th July 2024.
Please note that prices have not yet been set for 2nd September 2024 onwards so please contact us if you are interested in making in a booking.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

Payment is by bank transfer. A £100 deposit is required on booking to secure your dates. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to your stay.
A £200 damages deposit is due one week prior to your stay. This will be refunded to you, less any amounts owed for damage or breakages occurring during your stay.
