Rental Rates
Our rates for the 2024/2025 through to 31st August 2025 are as detailed in the table below.
Stays on or between the following dates are charged at our peak season rate:
- 19th October 2024 - 27th October 2024
- 20th December 2024 - 5th January 2025
- 14th February 2025 - 23rd February 2025
- 4th April 2025 - 21st April 2025
- 23rd May 2025 - 1st June 2025
- 18th July 2025 - 1st September 2025
Otherwise the low season rate applies for all other dates up to and including 18th July 2024.
Please note that prices have not yet been set for 1st September 2025 onwards so please contact us if you are interested in making in a booking.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

Payment is by bank transfer. A £100 deposit is required on booking to secure your dates. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to your stay.
A £200 damages deposit is due one week prior to your stay. This will be refunded to you, less any amounts owed for damage or breakages occurring during your stay.
